Terrorist attacks just before Diwali

My condolences and sympathies with the bereaved, and the injured.

While one must rightly condemn the blasts and definitely show the terrorists that we are fearless, we must also take a BIG, n good relook at what we are doing to root out the terrorists - for everytime, the response is just military, even as every politician, commentator and news anchor talks of a holistic approach. Its time to take one such approach.

And I find disgusting that even as Indian citizens were killed, Indian Govt. wants to give Aid to Pakistanis. There are certain things that one cannot do, one must not do. And giving millions of dollars of aid to a country that kills your citizens is just not done.

There was a lot of talk in the media about choosing "popular centres/places" for the blasts and stuff - and that needing intellingence and stuff. That is all just hogwash. Within a few days, even minutes, of landing in *any* city, one *will* get to know what the hotspots are. It would require a supreme idiot not to find out.
Also, the blasts were not *so* well co0ordinated. they happened in an hours time from each other - that is not hallmark of planned terror.

My opinion of the attacks being not-so-coordinated has been proven wrong.
